Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and personable Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a memorable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly.

- Ensure that all guest needs are met and respond to any questions or requests.

Golf cart attendant (NOT BEV CART)
Job Description:
The golf cart attendant works closely with the Assistant and Golf Professional on the outside golf operations to assure a smooth transition for members and their guest around the club. Primary responsibility falls on service to members, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing.
The Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Club and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary. Cart Atttendants must be neat and well-groomed in accordance to Country Club’s Team Member standards.
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with members at a high-level.
Responsibilities:
It must be recognized that all specific duties cannot be listed and that responsibilities will change accordingly as the need arises.

This position will meet and greet all members and their guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner in accordance with all facility policies and procedures.

Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.

Responsible for the collection of, organization of, and cleanliness of all range baskets used for ball transportation according to policies and procedures established by management.

Help keep all working areas attractive, neat and clean free of trash and waste.

Responsible for washing the range balls to maintain their cleanliness and usability.

Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operations.

Keep the outside area uncontested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog passage area, arrange them neatly after having been used

Inspect the condition of golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance.

Responsible for cart cleanliness, cart supplies, cart condition and fueling. As well as the rotation of golf carts to ensure uniform usage amongst the fleet.

Assist golf shop personnel in the tournament setup of golf carts and range operations.

Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager and/or assistant manager.

Follow procedures in management of the cart.

Maintain order and continuity of player traffic.

Tracking and reporting the need for supplies necessary for day to day operations of their given areas.

Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to clearly communicate Member needs to other Team Members.

Bookkeeper
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and help ensure the financial integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient with accounting software, have strong attention to detail, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger by posting routine journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including timely invoice processing and payment
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers (customers, vendors)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
- Monitor and reconcile credit card statements and petty cash
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Inventory Control
- Send out purchase orders
- End of month physical inventory count for the following Departments: Golf course chemical, Golf shop, Restaurant food, beverage and Turn Stand
- Must be flexible to assist with various tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
- Proficiency with accounting software Xero, and MS Excel
- Solid understanding of general ledger and accounts payable/receivable
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of tax regulations relevant to the location
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Must reliably commute to English Turn on a daily basis
- Relocation expenses for relocating to begin employment are not provided

Responsibilities
· Evaluates food products to assure that quality standards are consistently attained
· Performs daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations
· Upholds Troon’ Food and Beverage policies
· Ensure the proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with sanitation/health regulations

· Supervise the daily food production operations

· Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.

Education and Experience Requirements
· 3 years minimum of Fine Dining Experience
· Must have supervisory and leadership skills
· Must be dependable
· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· ServSafe Certified preferred
Working Conditions
